You’ll receive a pro-forma invoice outlining your per-head price, plus any delivery or travel fees based on estimated guest numbers. Final numbers are confirmed 14 days prior, and pricing will update accordingly. If your numbers drop below the original minimum, standard per-person rates apply as listed online.

Do you require trestle tables for your event. Cost is $10 per table.
If you are hosting this in a high rise does the event location have a loading dock we can access?

All essential equipment—including shaker systems, placemats, stock, and tables (if hired)—is pre-delivered for events within 0–35km of Melbourne CBD. Delivery is a flat $79 fee, which also covers collection either later that day or the following day after your event. This is automatically added to your invoice.

For events located beyond 35km from Melbourne CBD, equipment will arrive and depart with your lead Instructing Mixologist on the day. However, if you prefer a pre-delivery setup, the following additional delivery fees apply:


36-55kms $120

56-90kms $140

91-110kms $160

Terms and Conditions

Deposit of $350 required to book includes $2.90 credit card surcharge.

After you have submitted this form you will be redirected to make payment.  Only once payment has been made will you be sent an email to choose your cocktails.  Please make sure you check your spam/junk folder for this email.
