Hands On Shaking and Making Cocktails for Everyone

Our set BYO packages come fully equipped with professional service staff, premium glassware, and all the barware needed to deliver the signature Cocktail Queen experience at your event.


You simply supply the alcohol, mixers, and garnishes using the easy, curated shopping list we provide.


These packages are fixed and have been carefully designed based on our extensive event expertise. If you’d like something more tailored, you’re welcome to request a custom quote


In these packages, we supply the staff to craft your cocktails and glassware — and you supply the alcohol, based ont eh shopping list we provide you.

PACKAGE INCLUSIONS

Access to our complete "Pick and Mix" Cocktail Menu so you can choose as many or as little cocktails as you like for your event.

1 x Senior Professional Cocktail Queen® Mixologist for your event - arriving early to prep (on top of service time).

All glassware and barware included.  Wine, Champagne, Cocktail glassware to suit the cocktails chosen.

 

You supply the alcohol and ingredients.. Shopping list provided once booked, so you can grab all the ingredients, right down to the coffee beans for the espresso martinis.

Off-site post event washing fee included - you return glassware dirty  - no need to wash.  Set breakages are allowed - no bond.

Large bar top tub to display your wines and sparkling, along with trestle table cloth (if required)

Photo framed menu featuring your chosen cocktails.

TRAVEL & DELIVERY FEES

Our travel fees reflect the time, distance, and fuel costs incurred by our team, who use their own vehicles to attend events. These fees are based on travel from our South Melbourne head office, but our staff may be travelling in from outer suburbs to your event, so we need to ensure that our valued staff are fairly compensated for time spent on the road.

🚗 Travel Fees
A flat collective fee applies, regardless of the number of staff attending.

- 0–10km: 59 (collective fee)

-11-20km: $69 (collective fee)

- 21-35km: $79 (collective fee)
- 36–45km $99 (collective fee)

-46-55kms $120 (collective fee)

For events 56km and over:
A per-person travel fee applies due to extended travel times.

56-85km = $160pp


To calculate the distance from Chadstone Shopping Centre, simply search your location in Google Maps (e.g. "Chadstone to Berwick in kms").


🅿️ Melbourne CBD Parking
A $39 parking fee applies to all Melbourne CBD events—this covers access to secure parking facilities regardless of whether a dedicated bay is provided.

📍 Please note: Any locations outside of these tier areas are subject to quotation only.  We still service these areas, though only upon request.

COCKTAIL MENU

🍸 Your Cocktail Menu – Instant Access After Booking
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive instant access to a menu of over 30 cocktails. Once you choose you will be given instant access to the shopping list of what alcohol and ingredients you need to purchase for your event. You can choose as many as you like - but remember the more you choose the more ingredients are required and the more the cost. We advise at choosing around 4-8 cocktails for a great menu selection


🍹 Mocktail Guests
The menu does cater for mocktail guests and has diabetic-friendly options also.

All equipment and glassware is pre-delivered so delivery fees are applicable.

A well‑organised bar setup is essential for smooth, efficient service at your event. You must have a designated area with hot running water for glassware washing. Our glassware operates exactly as it would in a professional bar — we do not supply one glass per guest per hour. Proper washing facilities close to the bar are critical to maintaining service flow.

 

You’ll also need to ensure the bar is equipped with eskies, bar‑top tubs, menus, and basic setup items prior to service. Most clients choose to use their kitchen bench or open‑plan kitchen area as the bar space.

Once your booking is confirmed, we provide a comprehensive Bar Setup Checklist to ensure you have everything required for a seamless, professional setup.

HOUSE RULES

Cancellation of Your Event
If you cancel your booking, the Booking Fee deposit is strictly non‑refundable, regardless of the circumstance.
If you cancel 22 days or more prior to your event date, all monies paid (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
If you cancel 21 days or less prior to the event, no monies will be refunded. As with any venue or event service provider, we have ongoing overheads, staffing commitments, and operational costs that remain payable regardless of cancellations. Late cancellations also prevent us from accepting other bookings for your date.

 

Cancellation by Clients
We do not provide refunds for clients who cancel within 21 days or less of the event, nor for no‑shows or guests who do not attend on the day. This applies in all circumstances.

 

Postponement of Event
If you need to postpone your event and notify us 22 days or more prior to the original event date, we can transfer your booking to a new date at no additional cost.  If you postpone 21 days to 1 day prior to the event, a $100 postponement fee applies to cover associated administrative and staffing costs.

Airbnbs

Please note that the majority of hotels and also Airbnbs DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES.  Should you book any of our services and we undertake the event at the airbnb premises and you are found by the owner to be hosting an party unbeknown to the owner and are kicked out, we DO NOT refund ANY part of your event at all.  We enter premises based on the assumption that you have provided full disclosure to the owner of the premises.   

Wild Weather

Event setup locations are subject to weather.  If you have booked your event for a public garden or a location beyond your control, and have to cancel on the day due to inclement weather and reschedule for another day a rescheduling fee of $250 is applicable.  The rescheduling fee covers the cost of wages and associated rescheduling expenses for The Cocktail Queen Mixologist.  If Third Party services have been hired, you may or may not be also liable for rescheduling costs for those services.
